Large Alloy Inglefield Clip
An Inglefield clip, also known as an Inglefield connector, flag clip and spinnaker clip is a specialised clip used primarily for attaching and hoisting flags.
The clip design allows for two flags to be joined together with a simple twist-and-lock mechanism. This makes it easy to quickly connect or disconnect flags without the need for knots or complex fastening methods.
The other end of the clip is connected to the halyard, allowing the flag to be raised or lowered as needed. Multiple flags can be attached in a series using additional Inglefield clips.
Inglefield clips can also be used for attaching sheets to a low-loaded sail. Securing spinnaker sail bags in a companionway for easy access or hoisting.
Made from marine-grade aluminium.
