These Terms and Conditions govern all sales made by Allen Brothers (Fittings) Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) to any purchaser (“you”, “your”). By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms in full.
1. General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all quotations, sales, and deliveries of goods by Allen Brothers (Fittings) Ltd, unless otherwise agreed in writing. No variation of these terms shall be binding unless confirmed in writing by us.
2. Prices & Specifications
All prices are listed in GBP (£) and are exclusive of VAT, unless otherwise stated.
Prices are ex-works from our UK warehouse in Southminster, Essex (Incoterms 2020).
We reserve the right to change prices or product specifications without prior notice.
Any typographical, clerical or other error or omission in any sales literature, quotation, invoice, or other document shall be subject to correction without any liability on our part.
3. Trade Accounts
To apply for Trade Terms or a Credit Account, please email sales@allenbrothers.co.uk or complete the Trade Account Form. All Trade Credit Accounts are subject to approval and may be withdrawn at our discretion.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is required in full before orders are processed unless an approved credit account is in place.
We reserve the right to suspend or cancel orders where payment has not been received.
We may revoke credit facilities at any time, without notice, if payment terms are not adhered to.
5. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping fees will be charged at the rate quoted at checkout or provided in your quotation.
Orders received before 3:00 PM (Monday–Thursday) or 1:00 PM (Friday) will be processed same day for next-working-day delivery if selected.
Shipping times are estimates only and not guaranteed. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivery or for any consequential loss arising from delay or non-delivery.
Products that are out of stock may be back-ordered. Lead time for back-ordered products is typically two weeks. We will notify you of any extended delays.
6. Import / Export Duties
For international orders, you are solely responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or customs charges. We are not liable for delays or costs associated with border clearance. Please check with your local customs authority prior to ordering.
7. Title and Risk
Risk in the goods passes to you upon dispatch from our warehouse.
Title to the goods shall remain with Allen Brothers until payment is received in full.
Until title passes, you agree to hold the goods as our fiduciary agent and bailee, and to store them in such a way that they remain identifiable as our property.
8. Returns Policy
We accept returns under the following conditions:
Returns must be authorised by our sales team. Please contact us with your order number and item part number to receive a return authorisation form.
Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in new condition.
Returns must be made within 14 days of authorisation.
Return shipping costs are your responsibility.
Refunds will only be issued once the returned items have been received and inspected.
We do not accept returns for items purchased through third-party distributors.

9. Invoice and Delivery Discrepancies
Please inspect all deliveries upon receipt. Any discrepancies, shortages, or damage must be reported to us within 7 working days of delivery. Claims made after this period may not be honoured.
10. Lifetime Warranty
All Allen Brothers products are warranted to be of merchantable quality and fit for their intended purpose. In addition:
We offer a lifetime guarantee against defects in manufacturing or materials under normal and reasonable use.
Warranty claims must include a description of the issue and proof of purchase.
Faulty goods must be installed and used according to our technical documentation or guidance.
We will, at our discretion, repair or replace faulty items. No cash alternative is available.
We accept no liability for consequential loss or costs associated with product failure.
This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or improper installation.
Your statutory rights are not affected.
11. Intellectual Property
All content, product designs, brand names, trademarks, logos, and imagery used or displayed by Allen Brothers are the intellectual property of Allen Brothers (Fittings) Ltd and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the sale of our products shall not exceed the purchase price of the item in question. We are not liable for any indirect, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, downtime, or business interruption.
13. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
14. Privacy & Data Protection
