Terms and Conditions

This document states the terms under which Allen Brothers (fittings) Ltd., registered in the UK, Company Number 00610872, offers to do business with its customers. Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms.

The company reserves the right to change prices and specifications at any time without notice.

Payment Terms
Orders will be processed on settlement of funds. To apply for Trade Credit Account terms, apply by email to sales@allenbrothers.co.uk or use our Trade Account Enquiry Form Allen Brothers reserves the right to revoke a credit account at its sole discretion.

Invoice and Delivery Discrepancies
Any discrepancies found on the invoice or in the delivery received must be notified within 7 working days.


To return an item please contact the sales team with your order number and item part number. The sales team will then send you a return authorisation document which must be returned with the item. 

Allen does not take any responsibility for returned goods and will not issue a refund until the goods are returned and processed. 

Items must be returned at your own cost. 

We accept returns on all Allen products ordered directly from us. We do not accept returns for Allen products ordered via one of our distributors. All goods returned to us must be in new condition and must not have been fitted or used in any way. 

Items being returned must be received by Allen within 14 days of approval from the Allen sales team otherwise a refund may not be issued.

Lifetime Warranty

Allen products are warranted to be of merchantable quality and fit for the purpose for which they are sold. In addition, Allen products are guaranteed for life against defects in workmanship, subject to reasonable use. We will replace products which are found to have failed through manufacturing and raw material defects. The parts must have been fitted in accordance with our technical instructions, where present, and in any event following the technical guidance of our stockist or representative. No cash alternative or damages arising out of any failure will be met. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure the accuracy of published specifications, no liability will be accepted for errors or omissions. In the unlikely event of a claim arising, please return the part in question to us, together with a description of the circumstances. Your statutory rights are not affected.

We transfer possession of and responsibility for goods to the customer when goods leave our warehouse. For the purpose of only securing payment, we reserve and retain title in them until the customer has paid all outstanding amounts owed to us. So long as any amount due remains unpaid, the customer may only transfer title as our agent (whether the goods have been incorporated into a manufactured product or not) on condition that the customer accepts fiduciary obligation to account to us for the proceeds.

Conflict of Laws
Placing an order constitutes acceptance of these terms. These terms will be construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. These terms override any terms purporting to be implied by the customer Purchase Order.

Carriage Shipping Terms
Prices quoted on the website are ex. works Allen Brothers UK Warehouse, Hallmark Industrial Estate, Southminster, Essex CMO 7EH. Quoted carriage fees will be charged with the order. Where possible, Allen Brothers will supply all products from stock. Products may be back-ordered from the website. Where products are back-ordered, every reasonable effort will be made to ensure timely delivery, however, a two-week lead time is customary.

Orders must be received before 3 PM or 1 PM on Friday to be included in next-day delivery if selected at checkout.

Import / Export Duties

Allen Brothers (fittings) Ltd is not liable to pay any import or export duties which may be charged to the customer if orders are shipped outside of the UK. It is the customer’s sole responsibility to check customs charges and import/ export duties.
