Halyard Retainer

This clever piece of sailing hardware uses two spring-loaded stainless steel balls to grip the line with a satisfying click, making it easy to stow and retrieve your halyards whenever needed. Simply press the line into place—no complicated mechanisms or tools required.

Thanks to the rounded side plates, a knot or ball stopper can smoothly ride up and over the retainer when the halyard is hoisted, automatically releasing the line for seamless sail deployment.
