60mm Double High Roller Block With Shackle
A high-performance block built for high-stakes sailing.
The 60mm High Roller Block range delivers exceptional performance for high-load, high-speed sailing applications. Built with caged roller (needle) bearings, the rollers remain evenly spaced to prevent contact between them—dramatically reducing friction and allowing for faster, smoother rotation under extreme loads.
To handle off-centre forces, captive Delrin side-load ball bearings are integrated into the sheave, offering additional friction reduction and making disassembly and servicing quick and effortless. The PEEK roller bearings provide outstanding strength and wear resistance, ensuring long-term reliability in demanding environments.
This block features a shackle mounted on a swivel pin, allowing it to rotate freely. The swivel can also be locked in 90-degree positions to suit your setup. The large central hole through the middle of the block can be used as a becket, providing a convenient tie-off point when required. The block can be easily disassembled, making maintenance straightforward and allowing for quick installation onto pre-spliced lines.
