How to Return an Item

If you wish to return an item, please contact our Sales Team before sending anything back. When getting in touch, make sure you include your order number and item part number(s).

Once approved, the Sales Team will issue a Return Authorisation (RA) document. This document must be included inside the parcel when the item is returned. Returns sent without a valid return authorisation may be delayed or refused.

Condition of Returned Goods

We accept returns on Allen Brothers products ordered directly from us only. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for Allen products purchased through one of our distributors or third-party retailers. In these cases, please contact the original supplier.

All returned items must:

  • Be new, unused, and unfitted
  • Be returned in original packaging, where possible
  • Be in a resaleable condition

Items that show signs of use, fitting, damage, or modification may not be eligible for a refund.

Timescales

Returned goods must be received by Allen Brothers within 14 days of return approval being issued. Items received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

Refunds will only be processed once the returned goods have been received, inspected, and approved by our team.

Return Costs & Responsibility

All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

We recommend using a tracked and insured service, as Allen Brothers cannot accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit.

Allen Brothers does not accept liability for returned goods until they have been safely received and processed.

Refunds

Once approved, refunds will be issued back to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
