20mm Exit Sheave Box

 

The aluminium exit sheave box is a high-performance solution designed to improve the efficiency and durability of your rigging system.

 

With an easy to remove axle pin, sheaves can be maintained or swapped very simply. The axle pin is held in place by the surface the box is mounted too or the curved backing plate which is included.

 

Ideal for installation into sailboat masts, but also suitable for use in the deck of a boat or any other surface which requires rope or wire to be passed through.

Durable Construction: The body is CNC machined from marine grade aluminium for long-lasting performance.

Various Sheave Options: A choice of three sheave materials and bearing options to suit your specific application.

Versatile Compatibility: Suitable for a wide range of mast sizes and applications. Includes a curved backing plate for mounting to the leading edge of a mast.

Optimised Rope Protection: Minimises wear and tear on halyards for extended rope life.

 

Sheave Options:

Acetal Plain Bearing: The lightweight, low-maintenance option. Suitable for maximum working loads up to 200Kg. It can be used with rope and wire.

Dynamic Ball Bearing: The lowest friction for maximum performance option. Suitable for maximum working loads up to 105Kg. Most suitable for use with rope. Ideal for fast running systems.

Stainless Steel Plain Bearing: The heavy-duty option. Suitable for maximum working loads up to 250kg. Can be used with rope and wire. Ideal for highly statically loaded applications.
