60mm Single Cheek High Roller Block

A high-performance block built for high-stakes sailing.

The 60mm High Roller Block range delivers exceptional performance for high-load, high-speed sailing applications. Built with caged roller (needle) bearings, the rollers remain evenly spaced to prevent contact between them—dramatically reducing friction and allowing for faster, smoother rotation under extreme loads.

To handle off-centre forces, captive Delrin side-load ball bearings are integrated into the sheave, offering additional friction reduction and making disassembly and servicing quick and effortless. The PEEK roller bearings provide outstanding strength and wear resistance, ensuring long-term reliability in demanding environments.

This version is designed for flat mounting onto a surface. It is ideal for redirecting lines across the deck into a winch or rope clutch. The block is secured using two countersunk fixing holes – one positioned at the top of the head, and the other located through the centre of the sheave. The central fixing hole is designed with integrated drainage, allowing water to escape and preventing it from pooling inside the block.
