Clamcleat® CL217 Mk1 – Side-Entry Starboard

The Clamcleat® CL217 Mk1 features a side-entry fairlead, allowing you to hook a rope in quickly and release it just as easily. Ideal as a reaching hook and also useful for sports nets and sun-sail setups.

 

Key Features:

  • Side-entry design for fast rope engagement and removal.

  • Lightweight, durable aluminium construction.

  • Great for reaching hooks and quick-access control lines.

  • Available in two finishes:
    • Silver stove enamel – cost-effective, high-quality coating.
    • Hard anodised (AN) – extra-durable surface.

 

Recommended Add-Ons:

  • PT422/23 Insulators – prevent galvanic corrosion on carbon spars.

  • CL818 Tapered Pad – mount at an angle for improved rope lead.

  • CL814 Keeper – keeps rope in/out of the teeth when mounted under a spar.
