60mm Single Tii-On High Roller Block
The 60mm Single Tii-On High Roller Block delivers exceptional performance for high-load, high-speed sailing applications. Built with caged roller (needle) bearings, the rollers remain evenly spaced to prevent contact between them—dramatically reducing friction and allowing for faster, smoother rotation under extreme loads.
To handle off-centre forces, captive Delrin side-load ball bearings are integrated into the sheave, offering additional friction reduction and making disassembly and servicing quick and effortless. The PEEK roller bearings provide outstanding strength and wear resistance, ensuring long-term reliability in demanding environments.
Designed as a Tii-On block, it is secured via a single line or loop through the central attachment point. Chamfered rope guides and dual lashing holes help maintain correct orientation during use.
