Description

30mm Single Block with 90° Fixed Head

This version of the 30mm Dynamic Block has been specifically developed for the Topper traveller system. It features a fixed stainless-steel eye, allowing the traveller line to run directly through the block for exceptionally smooth, low-friction movement from side to side.

A key enhancement in this model is the addition of a protective “skirt” around the sheave. This helps shield the sheave from impact, reducing the risk of damage when the block is struck by the tiller during manoeuvres.

While optimised for Topper travellers, this block is equally suited to a wide range of other control line applications where smooth, reliable performance is essential.

Key Features

Dynamic Bearing System
Our patented system uses twin rows of stainless-steel ball bearings running on a stainless-steel race. This delivers superior load capacity, reduced friction, and significantly improved durability compared to systems that rely on plastic races.

Central Rivet Becket Option
The 20mm and 30mm ranges incorporate a large central rivet design, reducing overall weight while providing a rope-friendly attachment point. Ideal for use as a tie-off in cascade systems.
