It has a great handle so pulling it on in high pressure situations is easy and fast. Overall great product and would definitely recommend.

I’ve change over to the cunningham pack and wow what a different it is. It’s a game changer so easy to put on and off and works really quick under pressure, it’s so easy to pull on with the handle and makes less stress when sailing fast under hard winds. I changed to the Allen cunningham race pack for the 2024 season from another well known brand mainly because I wanted an edge over the competition when navigating the marks in a big fleet. Speed and height coming off the leeward mark is key as you need to get the all the controls on easily so I can focus on my lane holding. The Allen system I found to be smoother than my previous set up. This helped me to some great results in the season winning at NS events and placing 2nd at the nationals. Harry Mills 680.

I really enjoy using the Allen Topper Downhaul. After trying many other competitor brands, I can safely say that this is the best on the market. It has a great cleating angle with little friction under high loads, making it perfect for its job.
